ESI Group CFD Support

ImageWe have an excellent customer support group with staff spread around the globe. Please do not hesitate to call upon us if you have any questions about the use of your software or modeling applications.

All of our support requests are logged in a support tracking system to ensure that the issue is traced to completion and escalated as necessary to ensure the highest level of support.

Starting a ticket is as easy as sending an email to:

The customer support group will be immediately notified and will start working your issue as soon as possible.

Please note that the size limit for email attachments is 10MB. To transfer larger files please use the ESI CFD FTP site (ftp.esi-cfd.com).

Need to join us on a WebEx session?

If one of the support engineers has asked you to join a WebEx meeting you will usually get an email invite but you can always look for the meeting on our ESI Group webex site at http://esi-group-na.webex.com/.

If you have a general consulting type question, consider asking it on the Community Forums boards where many other users discuss general topics of modeling and software usage.  The members of the forum are quite helpful and have experience in a wide range of modeling and simulation tasks.  

Posting questions and answers on the Community Forums boards makes this valuable exchange available for all of us!

Keep in mind that the forums should only be used for consulting types of questions (e.g., How can I do this?, Have you ever done this?, Does anybody have an example of that?, etc.). While the customer support staff monitors the boards, they are not obligated to answer any questions posed on the boards. For bug reports and formal change requests, always use the customer support email address.
