All of our support requests are logged in a support tracking system to ensure that the issue is traced to completion and escalated as necessary to ensure the highest level of support.

If you have a general consulting type question consider asking it on the Community Forums boards where many other users discuss general topics of modeling and software usage.  The members of the forum are quite helpful and have experience in a wide range of modeling and simulation tasks.  

Posting questions and answers on the Community Forums boards makes that valuable exchange available for all of us!

Keep in mind that the forums should only be used for consulting types of questions (e.g., How can I do this?, Have you ever done this?, Does anybody have an example of that?, etc.) While the customer support staff monitors the boards, they are not obligated to answer any questions posed on the boards. For bug reports and formal change requests, always use the customer support email address.
