Abstract
We have demonstrated prototypes of integrated continuous-flow PCR microdevice with bioelectronic DNA microarray for genotyping in various substrates. Rapid genotyping may be achieved in 1-2 hours after sample loading which includes the PCR amplification, hybridization, and bioelectronic detection.
